Stephanie Sanchez, MSW, LCSW
Owner/Clinician
Stephanie Sanchez is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years experience in the field.
Stephanie is a certified EMDR clinician, a EMDRIA Consultant in Training, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and is also informed in Internal Family Systems (IFS). Stephanie specializes in working with diverse populations, including BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) and LGBTQIA+, providing therapy for adults and adolescents.
Stephanie has extensive experience working with childhood trauma, attachment based trauma, obesity, perinatal support, infertility and parenting struggles.
In her spare time, she enjoys going on long walks and finding new hiking paths and especially loves spending time with her family, which includes her husband, son and daughter.
Stephanie's philosophy is always to meet her clients where they are in their journey with no judgment and full unconditional support. You welcomed with open arms and look forward to helping you or your loved ones find success!

Natasha Rees, MSW, LSW
Clinician
Natasha is a Licensed Social Worker with extensive experience working with adults, adolescents, and children.
Natasha is passionate about helping clients better understand the parts of themselves that have developed in response to pain, stress, trauma, and life experiences. She specializes in working with trauma, ADHD, substance use, emotional dysregulation, neurodivergence, and life transitions.
Natasha utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)-informed skills, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), person-centered therapy, psychoeducation, IFS-informed parts work, mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and experiential approaches. Additionally, she draws from creative and expressive interventions build insight, strengthen coping skills, and feel more empowered in their healing process.
Outside of therapy, she enjoys spending time with her three cats, exploring different creative hobbies and outlets, and engaging with music, art, and nature in ways that feel grounding and restorative.
Natasha's philosophy is therapy can be a space for greater self-understanding, healing, and meaningful change, and she feelshonored to walk alongside clients in that process
